Your questions answered

Do I have to pay a deposit for managed partnership accommodation?

When staying in either Newgate Court or Wellington St Plaza, you must pay an advanced payment of £250 on accepting your offer. Your first rent instalment is due once you receive your maintenance loan.

Why do we offer managed partnerships for student accommodation?

Managed partnerships are one way in which the University provides students with accommodation. They are separate from our Newcastle University-owned residences, but we will manage your application and allocation.
