Industry-Based Networks
Durham and Newcastle Medical Graduates Association (DNMGA)
Established in 1986, DNMGA is one of our longest-running alumni networks. The network aims to keep medical graduates in touch with the affairs of the University, and with one another. It also facilitates annual reunions.
Full membership of the Association is open to those who have graduated MB BS from the Universities of Newcastle or Durham. Or to anyone who has a relevant higher degree by either of these Universities. Associate membership is available to:
- Past and present members of teaching staff from the Medical School.
- Administrative staff from the Medical School.
- Spouses and partners of full members.

The Society's aims are to provide:
- A forum for the discussion of development in agriculture and related industries.
- A link between the research of our School and industry.
- Assistance, advice and contacts to graduates as careers develop.
- And to promote and support the work of our School and our students.
These aims are achieved through regular meetings, newsletters and an annual reunion dinner held in November.
