|Semester 2 Credit Value:||10|
To provide an introduction to the diversity within the parasite world,the main taxonomic families (protozoa, arthropods, worms)and the methods for the control of ecto and endoparasites. Some aspects will be seen through lectures but also through laboratory practical exercises to demonstrate link host-parasite interactions.
