The Staff Development Unit (SDU) co-ordinates a wide range of training and development opportunities for academic, research and professional support staff.
Unconscious Bias training is now available through the SDU and will be rolled out to University staff during Spring term 2016.
Mentoring can offer fantastic networking opportunities and assist with career development. Both mentors and mentees can benefit hugely by developing interpersonal skills and finding out about other areas of the University.
