NU-Food

We are able to link decision-making to people’s physiological and psychological responses to foods and ingredients.
Facilities and equipment include: an industry-standard pilot kitchen and sensory testing suite; assessment rooms for human intervention studies; fully equipped laboratory facilities and training kitchen; meeting rooms and focus group amenities; 'virtual' food choice environments; cognitive testing facilities.
