Background
Roles and responsibilites:
- Provides a high quality service to support University teaching and research by providing a range of medical library services to University, and external customer.
- Involved in cataloging processes.
- Check and update the records in the Library management system.
- Check the accuracy of bibliographic data for newly arrived book stock.
- Involved in monthly stock checking to ensure the availability of materials in the library.
- Maintains and organises library stock.
- Providea assistance in maintenance of collections of books, periodicals, audiovisual and others materials.
- Assists Senior Library Manager with teaching sessions for undergraduates and postgraduates by answering queries and giving advice to students.
Qualifications:
Bachelor (Hon) in Library and Information Management - UITM
