Maths-Aid are a team of experts from the School of Maths, Statistics and Physics who can provide assistance and advice on all aspects of maths and statistics.

How can we help?

We can help you with:

  • mastering mathematical methods
  • revising for exams with a quantitative element
  • understanding statistical tests
  • using SPSS/R/Matlab/Python

We cannot assist you with any assessed work, but can help by providing similar examples so you can learn how to do it yourself.

Who can we support?

Maths-Aid tutors can help all undergraduate (UG) and taught postgraduate (PGT) students who are not in the School of Maths, Stats & Physics*

*With the exception of Stage 1 UGs from the School of MSP, who can use the service.
