What is Politics mentoring?
Our School of Politics is looking to provide career support to their students through an alumni mentorship programme in Semester 2 of this year.
Utilising the expertise of our Politics alumni community, the programme aims to provide career-focused, one-to-one mentoring for students who have indicated their desire for further support.
Mentors will support students by helping them explore and gain an understanding of relevant industries and potential career pathways, helping to set and achieve professional development goals, gain relevant experience, and broaden professional networks.
When will the programme take place?
This programme is set to run across three months from March to May 2025. Mentors will work with student mentees during this period, meeting regularly (and at minimum once a month) to help their mentee meet their aims and objectives.
