• Cash and Card donations taken

All money raised to be split between Mind Charity and NUAS Welfare

Do talk about mental health and show everyone that mental health matters. 

Talking about our mental health can help us cope better with life’s ups and downs, why not check in with your friends, family, peers, which is an opportunity for all to talk about mental health in general, how we need to look after it, and how important it is to talk about things and get help if you are struggling.
