RTPI North East Ethics Breakfast Seminar

APL is hosting this RTPI event which will be chaired by our Director of Planning and Urban Design Dr Cat Button.

Ensuring the ethical behaviour of its’ Members is one of the RTPI's priorities. It forms a critical element of the Assessment of Professional Competence and is of vital importance throughout our working lives. Led by a double act of the Chair of the Institute’s Membership and Ethics Committee and its’ Ethics Champion this free breakfast seminar is hosted by RTPI NE and Newcastle University. The seminar will introduce the Institute’s new on-line training module on the subject and explore issues such as ethical workplace challenges, conflicts of interest, equality and diversity, professional competency, gifts and hospitality and use of social media.
