Project Title

The Role and Impact of Community Project Facilitators in Heritage

Project Description

Sinan’s research focuses on examining the structures and processes that support community participation in heritage sites, as well as the roles and interactions of various stakeholders involved in these processes. By analysing the relationships between communities involved in heritage projects and the facilitators, especially local foundations and institutes, the study attempts to understand the underlying dynamics behind the processes and conditions that enable community participation. Approached from different perspectives, this research aims to explore the structural and cultural factors that strengthen heritage and community ties.
