Developing skills and accessing talent

Grow your brand, solve business challenges and attract your future workforce by working with our student body. Develop your workforce with CPD and degree apprenticeships.

Whether you’re an engineering company developing cutting-edge technology, an environmental science team committed to sustainability, or in need of business innovation, there is a way to get our students involved.

We can work with you to understand your need and recommend different approaches to working with, and recruting talent.

The Energi Coast skills group is an excellent forum through which you can build links with us and other universities.

By working together, students and your business both benefit in many different ways, for example:

  • fresh persepctive and problem solving
  • brand development and profile raising
  • cost-effective recruitment
  • and more

We can also help to develop your existing team with postgraduate study, short courses, and higher and degree apprenticeships.
