Staff Profile

As the Project Manager (PM) of the ViTAL Living Lab, I manage the coordination, operations and governance of the Living Lab, a collaboration between the RAF and Newcastle University. I work collaboratively with our stakeholders to manage and deliver all project planning, coordination and reporting for and into the governance framework. l lead on the development of strategic and operational implementation - including site specific experiment activities - with the RAF and academic team. I provide bi-monthly funder reports and manage the project budget and third party procurement.

I provide an expert first point of contact about the project for colleagues across the wider University communities and across Defence.
