Student voice

We are committed to continuously enhancing the quality of our education and learning experience. To achieve this, we provide a range of opportunities for students to offer feedback, ensuring students are at the heart of everything we do. This approach fosters a sense of shared ownership in the educational journey.

Feedback can include:

  • mid-semester checks per module
  • student representation at programme and school levels
  • representation at student recruitment open days
  • student focus groups
  • input into recruitment of staff at mock teaching sessions
  • completion of annual national surveys

Some of the most recent ways we've used this feedback are to:

  • help inform our annual student experience plan, a School framework to enhance the student experience
  • help develop programme curricula by hearing student perspectives
  • review the ways we communicate with students to ensure effectiveness
  • evolve our extracurricular offerings, careers advice and wellbeing resources
