What inspired you to start your own business?
Challenge myself to fix an issue instead of accepting the problems.
What is the best part of running your own business?
You can pivot and change things very fast.
What is the biggest challenge you have faced running your own business and how did you overcome it?
Connections and finding the right people was challenging. We tried to ask as much as we could and went to networking events. Slowly we became more comfortable with communicating and finding new people to help us.
What is your 5 year vision for the business?
To be one of the tech leaders in the North East and the UK.
What is the one piece of advice you would give to anyone wanting to start their own business?
Ask for help. No matter how hard... no matter how complicated.
Were there any key moments during your time at NUBS which ignited your entrepreneurial spirit?
Our lecturers were the best. We could ask them questions and they would answer and introduce us to anyone that could help.
