In our third Forum we welcomed Gary Hughes, an MA in Coaching graduate and Chief Executive of the Students' Union at Durham University.

24 November 2022

About this session

This session explored the topic of executive coaches and coaching in voluntary organisations.

We engaged with presentations on the latest Master's level research.

We welcomed Gary Hughes as our guest speaker. Gary is a recent MA in Coaching graduate. He is the current Chief Executive of the Students' Union at Durham University.

Gary's was concerned by the lack of coaching research and practice in voluntary organisations. His research considers the practice of a number of Chief Executives in such organisations. It suggests opportunities for coaching in Board, Executive and management development.
