In this session we welcomed Dr Joanne James, Reader in Leadership Development and Organisation Futures at Newcastle University Business School.
Joanne shared original practice research that considers the multiple perspectives we adopt as a team coach. She also introduced her modes of awareness framework.
We explored core themes of team coaching practice and reflected on our own work with organisational teams.
