CEO Magazine has again placed Newcastle University Business School's full-time MBA programme in Tier One in its Global Rankings – the highest tier – showing the School’s continued dedication to education excellence.

CEO Magazine has been showcasing top business schools from around the globe since it first launched in 2008. This year has seen a 10% increase in participation with CEO Magazine ranking 153 schools across 24 countries, making it a more competitive process.

The rankings consider a range of factors to benchmark performance and calculate the overall ranking of institutions, including the quality of faculty, international diversity, class size and professional development.

Dr Lucy Hatt, MBA Degree Programme Director at the Business School, said, “We are incredibly proud to maintain our Tier One Global status in CEO Magazine’s 2025 MBA Global Rankings. This recognition reflects our sustained commitment to providing an exceptional educational experience that equips our students with the skills, knowledge, and mindset to reach their full potential in a dynamic global business environment. “

Professor Stewart Robinson, Dean of the School, added, “CEO Magazine’s Global MBA Rankings are widely recognised as a prestigious mark of quality.  Continuing to be in the top tier is recognition of the transformative impact of our MBA programme.”
