Profile
PhD candidate and Research Teaching Assistant. Having been enjoying my PhD, I personally felt helping both postgraduates and undergraduates to realise and discover their innate potential talents and is the way of assisting teaching. I teach both Critical HRM, Research and Methods. Also, I'm looking forward to start teaching organisation studies in the future.
Project title: Power and Politics Impact on Organisational Learning
Research interests: My research interest is broadly organisational theory; understanding the way organisations are organizing and learn under political uncertainties. The synthesis of Cambridge Social ontology and Margaret Archer Morphogenetic Approach integrated together with ideas from Carnegie School of Organisational Learning helps me understand the particularity of the phenomena.
Supervisors: Professor Steve Vincent and Dr Aturo Vega
