A customer focused business engagement and project manager, Newcastle University Masters graduate with over 25 years’ experience in senior roles and a proven track record of successfully delivering B2B engagement and support, representation and policy at local and national level, event and projects delivered to quality, cost and time constraints. Other experience in bid writing, feasibility studies and MS Dynamics CRM customisation. Experience gained in a range of roles in private, public and charitable sectors as well as self employed consultancy.

Roles and Responsibilities

• To provide the initial point of contact for external organisations
• To support the securing of engagement opportunities working with professional service and academic colleagues
• Act as a source of information, knowledge and advice for external contacts participating in and contributing to School initiatives
• Support account management of relationships with key contacts locally, nationally and internationally
• To work closely with colleagues/teams at School, University and faculty level to deliver Business School strategy, share best practice in a service culture, undertake joint planning with a commitment to change management to maximise impact and effectiveness
• To plan, organise and participate in visits and activities in support of Business School corporate partnership activity
• Coordinate, manage and provide training in use of the Business School CRM system, Microsoft Dynamics 365
