I am the Degree Programme Director for NN14 Business, Accounting and Finance (PwC Flying Start). The Flying Start degree is a collaboration between Newcastle University, PwC and ICAEW. It is the most established course of its kind. It combines academic study and integrated work placements in PwC's audit practice. Students progress towards the ICAEW Chartered Accountancy qualification, the ACA.

Qualifications and memberships
- Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) with ICAEW
- BSc (Hons) in German and European Studies, including teaching assistantship in Germany, Aston University

I am the module leader for ACC2065 Tax Compliance (20 credits) and ACC3056 Business Planning Tax (30 credits).
