Project title: Essays in Energy Transition

Project description: James's PhD thesis comprises 3 related research papers; the first focuses on "environmentally friendly technological innovations and carbon emissions in the United States, the second paper focuses on investigating "the effects of income inequality on household clean energy consumption in the US," while the third paper examines "returns and volatility spillover amongst fossil fuels, clean energy stocks and economic policy uncertainty in the US".

Research interests: James' research interest is in Energy and Environmental Economics.
