Profile:


My role at Newcastle University Business School (NUBS) is to help bridge the gap between theory and practice by creating opportunities for regional, national, and international organisations to engage with our students and academics.


I attended Newcastle University as a postgraduate and am delighted to have returned to my alma mater to support the next generation of business leaders. 



Roles and Responsibilities:


My role within Engagement, Recruitment, and Marketing team is to enhance the student experience while also delivering value to our corporate partners.


This activity includes:

  • Coordinating guest lectures, student projects, and competitions across the school
  • Attending regional networking events to develop new relationships
  • Helping corporates, non-profits, and entrepreneurs understand the business support available at NUBS


Additional responsibilities include my role on the Social Committee where I work with colleagues to organise community-building events and initiatives. I am also a part of the EDI Working Group which aims to enhance the experience for both staff and students at NUBS.
