Accreditation & Data Administrator within the Business School, providing professional support and co-ordination for the School’s International accreditations and rankings activity.

Newcastle University Business School has been officially re-accredited by the European Quality Improvement System (EQUIS), one of the highest standards of achievement in business education.

Roles & Responsibilities

Accreditation & Data Administrator:

• Working flexibly and supporting the Accreditation and Insights Manager, the Director of Accreditation & the Schools Data Manager to develop a good working knowledge and understanding of all relevant accreditation and rankings procedures and processes.
• Collecting & maintaining accreditation data for submissions and visits.
• To maintain, collate and update faculty CVs and related information for analysis in relation to the accreditation process.
• To prepare layout and format of accreditation and rankings submissions and proof read documentation prior to the final submission.

Additional Roles & Responsibilities :

• Lead Administrator for the NUBS Annual Leave System and ensuring leave is recorded correctly and efficiently for all PS & Academic Staff within the Business School. 
• Professional Services Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Co-Chair since December 2022.
• On the HaSS Faculty Self-Assessment Team for the Silver Athena Swan submission.
