Background

Dr Lamb obtained a PhD in Business Management from the University of Nottingham, UK. 

Dr Lamb has worked for the past sixteen years in China with the Nottingham University Business School. He has extensive teaching and learning experience in leadership and organisational behaviour at UG and PG programmes. 

Dr Lamb also has extensive teaching and learning leadership experience.

Dr Lamb is a member of the Leadership, Work and Organisation subject group at Newcastle University Business School.

Research
Dr Lamb's research interests focus the translation of management knowledge, management learning and pedagogy.
