Staff Profile
I am interested in how international interorganizational collaborations can create advantages to firms and employees. I explore this question through various frameworks, including organizational structure, network perspective, paradox theory. My research endeavors span various aspects of international collaborations, including strategic management, international management, and organization studies, applying both quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
My expertise combines academic depth with practical insights. Before transitioning to academia, I worked internationally in project management and in business development, in managerial and non-managerial roles.
