Project title: Understanding Tourism Safety among Outbound Tourists: A mixed method approach
Project description: My research adopts a mixed-method approach focused on customer experience, specifically exploring outbound tourists’ perceptions and expectations of tourism safety. The study aims to examine how tourists consider and interpret various safety-related factors when traveling abroad, as well as how these factors shape their expectations and behaviors. Through this investigation, the research further seeks to develop a comprehensive framework that captures the stages of an individual’s tourism safety growth cycle.
