Dennis is is the current chair of the International Advisory Board
He is Executive Chairman of Kinetic Consulting – North America, and has a wealth of experience working in international business and with business schools, both in the United Kingdom and the United States.
Dennis is the current Executive Chairman of Kinetic Consulting, a boutique management consulting firm. Headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland, it has a client base across Europe, North America, and Latin America.

- Moderator of the podcast Wendepunkt – Inflection Points of Senior Leaders, which identifies the “lessons of experience” of successful senior level executives

He is an avid contributor to academia and has served on the following business school boards:

He currently serves on the Board of Visitors at the University of Alabama (his alma mater) as well as at Newcastle University.

Dennis has previously held prestigious positions in several high-profile international businesses, including:
- Private Equity experience at Bain Capital, Hellman & Friedman, The Carlyle Group and Sun Capital Partners
- Officer at Procter & Gamble
- Board Member of People Strong, a HR services platform based in New Delhi, India
- Four-time Chief Human Resources Officer at Walt Disney, Kellogg’s, Scripps Networks Interactive (now Discovery Communications) and NXP Semiconductors
While in these positions he played key leadership roles in over a dozen acquisitions, ranging in scale from $3B to $54B.
A lover of dogs, he is co-owner of Central Bark Doggie Day Care with his two sons, which will open in July 2023.
