Background

I am an Assistant Manager in the Business School’s Education Team. I work with the Education Management Team to support the delivery of an excellent education for all of our students, from induction through to graduation. My focus is on Learning and Teaching. I provide professional advice, recommendations and guidance on teaching and quality management across the School’s taught activities. I work with academic and Professional Services colleagues to implement the School’s Strategy and Education for Life sub-strategy. I plan, manage and deliver a range of education related projects.


I work as a job-share with Helen Wass and I'm in the office on Mondays to Wednesdays.


I joined Newcastle University in 2003 and have had roles in Biomedical Sciences, School of Education, Communication and Language Sciences, and a secondment to the Language Centre, joining the Business School in 2008.
