Charlotte has extensive experience in financial markets as an investment banker. She is an experienced Non-Executive Director and Chair.

Charlotte is a regular public speaker and has delivered training in corporate governance globally. She advises boards on corporate governance through her company Global Governance Group.

She has significant board experience as Chair and Non-Executive Director of FTSE350 companies, such as:
