Ailsa joined the Careers Service in June 2009. She previously worked as a Manager in the Financial Sector in Edinburgh.
Roles and Responsibilities
Ailsa is the Careers Consultant linked to the following Schools:
- Education, Communication and Language Sciences,
- Geography, Politics and Sociology
- School of English Literature, Language and Linguistics.
Ailsa also takes the lead on graduate, first year support and accessibility within the Service.
In addition Ailsa is Learning and Professional Director for AGCAS and a trainer for AGCAS teaching on 'Challenges of Careers work in HE' and 'Designing and Developing Peer Training'
