Background

I joined the Careers Service in September 2022 as an Information Assistant. Previously, I have worked in various customer service roles in retail, theatre and the arts. 

Roles and Responsibilities

As part of my role as Information Assistant, I work on the Welcome Desk in King's Gate. I help to triage students to the appropriate information, guidance or CV advice team. I respond to enquiries from students, staff, employers, and the general public in relation to the Careers Service, and the University more broadly.
