Background

I joined the Careers Service in June 2014 as an Information Assistant. In February 2016 I started working as an Information Adviser. My previous positions involved various roles in the retail sector.

Responsibilities

My role involves providing one-to-one information and advice to students and recent graduates and writing and developing web resources. I also line-manage a team of seven CV advisers who provide CV, covering letter and LinkedIn profile advice at the Careers Service.

Qualifications

BA (Hons) Combined Honours in History and English Linguistics, Newcastle University
Education and Training Level 3 Award: Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector (PTLLS), Newcastle College
