Background
Lisa is a member of the Guidance Team working as a Careers Consultant. She has worked at the University for 6 years primarily focusing on researcher development for Post-Doctoral research colleagues. Prior to that she worked in Organisational Development roles in a range of organisations primarily the public sector, voluntary and housing sectors. She has 35 years experience working in roles providing career advice & guidance, coaching and mentoring.
Role and Responsibility
Lisa is the lead Careers Consultant working with Early Career Research staff across all Faculties.
