Newcastle University's well-connected student accommodation is opening its doors to those joining us on campus for a conference or summer school, this summer.
Available to book for the 1st July until 31st August in 2025 and 2026, enjoy modern and comfortable flats with rooms in a convenient location at an affordable price – a stone’s throw away from the city centre.
Plus, you can opt-in to the convenience of delicious meals on campus, prepared by our excellent Catering Team as part of your stay package.

Accommodation prices 2025
Short stay (1-13 nights) in a washbasin room: from £55+ VAT per night
Short stay (1-13 nights) in an en suite room: from £65+ VAT per night
Long stay (14+ nights) in a washbasin room: from £175+ VAT per week
Long stay (14+ nights) in an en suite room: from £175+ VAT per week
For stays of less than 3 nights, the minimum number of guests is 150.
*Costs outlined above reflect rates for non-NU events. Prices for internal NU events will differ and will not include VAT.

Short stay (1-13 nights) in a washbasin room: from £57.50+ VAT per night
Short stay (1-13 nights) in an en suite room: from £68+ VAT per night
Long stay (14+ nights) in a washbasin room: from £184+ VAT per week
Long stay (14+ nights) in an en suite room: from £184+ VAT per week

Long stay (14+ nights) in an en suite room: from £193+ VAT per week

What's included?
As part of your self-catered stay, those booking for fewer than 14 nights will have an individual bedding pack and towel provided.
Long stays (more than 14 nights) will receive an individual bedding pack, towel, crockery pack, and shared kitchen pack per flat.
Reception areas in the accommodation are open Monday to Friday during standard working hours, and our Security team are available on campus 24/7. Guests will also have access to the laundry room (additional charges apply) where you can wash and dry your clothes if you wish.
