The team is leading this high profile initiative for the UK-wide Living With Environmental Change Partnership to identify and disseminate the policy and practice implications of UK science in this area.

It is leading to the publication of a series of Policy and Practice Notes which synthesise research and present it in accessible form for audiences of policymakers and practitioners including, for example, land advisers, farmers, health professionals, small businesses and national decision makers.
