Meet Ben
My PhD is focused on new industrial (path) creation and the spatial evolution of new industries over time.
Your postgraduate research
My PhD focused on new industrial (path) creation and the spatial evolution of new industries over time. I looked at path creation in the evolution of North East England’s offshore wind and printable electronics industries. I did this with reference to new theories associated with evolutionary economic geography.

Many academics at CURDS are:
- respected internationally
- published
- share research interests
- particularly related to territorial innovation and new industrial path creation, that match my own.
