Background
Summary
I qualified as a Speech and Language Therapist in 2017 from Newcastle University. During my final year I completed a Research Scholarship, a dissertation project, and worked as a research associate looking into behaviour change in Speech and Language Therapy with Dr Helen Stringer. During this time I also successfully applied for a 1+3 PhD Scholarship, receiving funding from the ESRC. During the first year of my Masters and PhD I worked with Northumbria Healthcare in both community paediatrics and early years. My PhD project considered behaviour change processes in parent-child interaction interventions.
