Centre for Energy and NUBS Workshop
The Centre for Energy and Newcastle University had our first in-person workshop of the year.
Earlier this month a joint workshop between the Centre for Energy and Systemic Ethics, Responsibility and Sustainability (SERS) Group from the Business School was conducted to kick off the newly found relationships between the CfE and NUBS.
Led by Dr Cristina Neesham, the new co-lead for the Justice and Ethics them, the SERS Group has over 30 academics encompassing a wide range of research areas and intrests.
The aim of this workshop was to:
- Discuss research interests and collaboration opportunities
- Aid recruitment of interested members
- Help with re-structuring/re-naming themes according to existing strengths
The group got together for the first time to discuss the above topics - with cake and coffee of course!
