Description
The University Defence Research Collaboration (UDRC) is the most prestigious signal processing activity in the UK. It develops research in signal processing with application to the defence industry.
As part of the LSSCN Consortium, we contributed to Phase 2 of a five-year project, focusing on "Signal Processing in a Networked Battlespace". The research delivered integrated multi-sensor systems. It developed methods of limiting data overload and maximising data relevance within the network. We achieved these results by using novel acquisition, processing and sensor management.
Professor Jonathon Chambers led the Consortium as Director.
