Roles and Responsibilities

My role is that of an Executive Support Administrator working in the executive support team supporting the following members of the Schools' executive board: -


Director of Research and Innovation, Professor Richard Dawson

School Research Manager, Dr Kirsty Steed


Director of Education, Professor Jarka Glassey

Deputy School Manager, Mrs Lisa Riddle


Director of Business and Engagement, Professor Brian Shaw

Business Innovation and Skills Manager, Mrs Lucie Oxley


My operational business support focus within the team is that of research and education, working with all leads within the school and colleagues in the wider faculty support teams. I am secretariat for the newly formed School Research and Innovation Committee.


I started at the University 19 years ago and have worked within all 3 faculties with roles ranging from Facilities Co-ordinator, Capital Project Support, Exec Support/Operations Administrator.
