Background
Dr Hui (Mia) Ben is a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Power Systems Group, School of Engineering at Newcastle University. She currently works on the Net Zero Geordie project (https://newcastlehelix.com/in-depth/harnessing-the-heat-beneath-our-feet-to-transition-to-net-zero-emissions). She previously worked as PDRA at University of Cambridge, Cardiff University, and has been awarded Doctorate from Department of Architecture, University of Cambridge.
