Staff Profile

As one of three Operations Team Leaders in the School of Engineering ,I am based in and responsible for Merz Court building. I also cover a small section of the Bedson Building.

I am part of and lead a team of dedicated administrators.

As a team we provide support to staff and students alike.

Examples of the work areas I cover includes support for research and academic groups, co-ordination of space, estate queries , purchasing,financial and HR queries to mention just a few!

I joined the University in November 2018 from the private sector.

My previous areas of work have been broad including working for the DWP, a local authority , a local Housing association,Medical Appeals Tribunal and my life's passion as a travel agent for one of the largest travel agencies in the UK including working for 4 years overseas.
