Executive and Governance Office

The Governance unit:

• maintains oversight of the University’s corporate governance structures
• provides leadership in relation to risk management, business continuity, and information governance
• supports the Executive Board, the University's senior management team
• provides support for the Chair of Council and lay (external) members of University Council
• provides guidance and advice to staff in relation to the above responsibilities
