As a guide, the weekly rent for
a single room in postgraduate
University accommodation
ranges from £92.96 to £145.67,
depending on your choice of
room, with single studios priced
at £160.65 (academic year of
entry 2017–18).
Added extras
included in your
rent
We take care of the ‘extras’ so
that you can concentrate on
settling in. Rent is inclusive of
utility bills (such as energy bills)
but exclusions apply so check
online for full details. We also
offer free internet connection or
WiFi, and personal possessions
insurance. Some residences also
include a TV licence in the rent.
