Our test facilities range from simple component testing to complete gearbox system tests, including:
- single tooth bending fatigue testing utilising high frequency resonance machines
- back-to-back contact fatigue testing using mechanical power recirculating test rigs
- scuffing tests
- micropitting test rig (MPR) using simple disc samples.
- full system tests using electrical power re-circulating test rigs (>1MW)
- lubrication testing, with adjustable flow and temperature
- efficiency testing
- bearing testing
- noise and vibration analysis
