Staff Profile
I studied English Literature at Newcastle University and graduated in 2014. I then spent two years working with Special Education Needs departments in two secondary schools in the region. I joined the Interaction Team in May 2017, acting as a first point of contact for students, staff and other stakeholders.
In September 2018, I joined the Student Health and Wellbeing Service, providing triage advice and guidance to students with a particular focus on students with specific learning difficulties.
From October 2019, I will be working in the School of Geography, Politics and Sociology as a Student Wellbeing Adviser. This role will provide students in the School with guidance and signposting to ensure that suitable support and advice is delivered, and that each student has the optimum opportunity to fulfil their potential.
