Staff Profiles

I’m the Finance Assistant in HCA and work alongside Finance Officer, Claire Holden and have recently joined Newcastle University. My previous experience is in Operations, where I acted as Operations Executive in a team within the Sports industry.

I assist academic colleagues and students with queries they have regarding all things finance. This includes:

•                   Assisting with expense claims and travel bookings

•                   Creating purchase orders and invoicing

•                   Advising students and staff on compliance with University policies

•                   Providing cost breakdowns

•                   Communicating with procurement

•                   Balance updates on accounts        

•                   Student employment enquiries

•                   Ordering items when required
