Evaluation of Interventions
We're developing interventions to promote healthier lives.
This workstream develops on the core values of the Centre for Healthier Lives.
Our aims
We aim to understand how key interventions can promote healthier lives. These interventions are experimental and driven by technology and data.
Our research agendas cover the following disciplines:
- clinical
- behavioural
- psychological
- data science
We host leading researchers. Our researchers aim to understand how key interventions can limit the impact of:
- diabetes
- obesity
- brain ageing
We aim to improve regional and national healthcare practices with wider policy implications.
We work in collaboration with an extensive academic network. We also collaborate with public and private partners such as NHSX.
Priority research areas
Our priority research areas are:
- understanding clinical, behavioural and psychological challenges arising from brain ageing
- technology and big data-driven interventions in tackling the challenges resulting from brain ageing
- technology and big data-driven interventions in promoting obesity awareness and healthier lifestyles
