New Year Get Together on Heritage Teaching

In Janurary 2024 we held an event for people involved in Teaching Heritage at Newcastle, or anyone with an interest in, or ideas about Heritage. The event included PhD students, post docs, lecturers, those in PS teams, and others.

The focus of the event was on getting together. We wanted to bring together the exisiting and future ways of teaching heritage related topics in and across different Schools and Faculties. Attendees were invited to contribute to this by bringing their ideas for the future, and their knowledge of the current curriculum.

It was also about getting to know each other, so there was time for chatting, and having space to discuss our ideas further in a more informal manner.
